OPAL SOLID BLACK GREEN/BLUE 0.31cts OVAL 7x5x1MM MATERIAL FROM L/Ridge
OPAL SOLID - BLACK (GREEN / BLUE) - 0.31CTS. This magnificent opal has been cut to form an oval shaped design. It is a nice size for a ring. The colour play features predominantly a sparkling deep green on a black background - a hint of blue can be seen when rotated.
It presents with both pinfire and broadflash when stationary or rotated. Rated by me as N1/N2 in body tone and has a brightness of around B2/3. Shaped in a oval form, it has been finished with a low cabochon top and flat bottom. It weighs 0.31cts and measures 7mm x 5mm and is 1mm thick. The attached photos form an integral part of the description.
